Elaine is extremely hard working and focussed on making everything She is highly organised, experienced at handling people and is a skilled negotiator. She is also a friendly, chatty person who enjoys working with people and helping them.
She has successfully managed the following projects:- |

As an engineer with Redifon Technology, in the early '90s, after a number of years working as a design engineer, she studied project planning and managed a small team of 4 people designing and building test equipment.
As an Assistant Scout Leader in th '80s she helped to organise activities and summer camps and has trained in planning and running activities, practical situations, handling young people and first aid
As a Canoe Instructor in the '80s she underwent an active and rigorous training program involving personal stamina and skill including emergency and survival skills as well as how to put across ideas to both young people and adults. She has taught plenty of groups their beginner canoeing skills and prepared them for exams.
As a musician she:-
Manages her own band; getting the work, organising rehearsals and handling all the poster / graphic design, publicity and digital marketing.
Runs / is involved with organising events; like her Open Mic Nights, Jam and Feature Nights and Brentford Festival
