The Kindred Spirit Band have evolved, since Elaine began performing solo early in the 1990s. By the early
2000s they established a five-piece framework featuring Elaine and her original songs with a virtuoso electric
lead (violin and / or guitar) player, a classically trained wind (flute and / or sax) lead player, a bass guitarist and
a drummer. Over the years, band members have come and gone, leaving excellent musical legacies on
various of the many
recordings, videos and
albums.
The 2020 Covid-19
Pandemic and lockdowns
caused a period of
reflection and re-
assessment for the band
line-up of 2019, which has
resulted in a meta-
morphosis and a fantastic,
new line-up with an
exciting team of
outstanding musicians.
